From agency veteran to
software founder

Matt's entrepreneurial journey started in 2002 when he founded MRY, a digital marketing agency that grew from a one-person startup to a global powerhouse with 500+ employees before being acquired by Publicis Groupe. During those two decades working with Fortune 500 clients, one insight kept resurfacing: billion-dollar decisions were being made on guesswork.

In 2016, Matt took over CrowdTap — a company he had originally incubated inside MRY — and reimagined it as Suzy, a real-time consumer intelligence platform. The vision was simple but ambitious: give every enterprise team instant access to the voice of real consumers.

Today, Suzy integrates quantitative and qualitative research, AI-powered analysis, and high-quality proprietary audiences into a single connected platform — enabling teams to conduct iterative research with agency-quality rigor at a fraction of the traditional cost.
